If I'm not mistaken, that is only a show and not a swap.
There's a big swap in Lucasville but you have to get there early on Saturday to find any deals. It's about 2 1/2 hrs from Dayton. I get up and leave the house before 5am to go to the show and the wife refuses to get up that early. If anyone in Dayton area wants to ride along you are welcome to. Here's a link to the one in Lucasville. http://www.sciotocountyohio.com/poultry02.htm
There is also a swap twice a year in West Manchester at the ball park. The next one is Sept. 12th. If interested in selling you can find his info here http://www.findfleamarket.com/info.php?id=563. West Manchester is about 10 minutes north of Eaton, OH on 127.

Are you from around westmanchester/eaton?'
If so, im right down the road

I'm actually in Beavercreek... I worked in Eaton for 5 years but never knew about the swap when I worked out there. I ran into the guy that puts on the swap at another event and that's when I learned about the swap in West Manchester. It's kind of funny, I knew the guy that puts it on the whole time I worked out there and even had some of his relatives working for me, still never knew about the swap.

Where are you at Toddman? What kind of birds do you have? I've only got ducks but may add a few chickens in the future.

I'm from Lewisburg, but down the road from west manchester (the guy who does the swap meets in west man lives right off my road).
I have a mixed flock mostly.

Will be bringing a few mature chickens and some young chicks. Will be looking for guineas and maybe ducks.

Jeez... I'm surrounded by cool chicken folk! I'm in New Lebanon. I work a lot in Beavercreek and go through Lewisburg and Eaton all the time. In fact the Eaton TSC is one of my prefered hangouts.

I'll be at the swap but about all I can bring for this one will be extra chicken equipment and cages. No birds to spare right now but I suppose that could change over the next month!

I keep changing my mind about things that I want! I still want all the things everyone else wants; lavender silkies and millie cochin bantams, but I might settle for a black silkie roo instead of lavender. Thought about crossing my hen to a lav Duccle, but then I'd have to breed type back into her babes. I now have to bring to the swap:

Five EE chicks, 3 weeks as of now. One is white, three are buff, and one is black and tan, with a little white around the edges. I have 7 green eggs and 5 brown eggs in the bator right now. Hopefully they will all become chicks that I can bring. (The horrible, ugly, mean Silkie hen is of no use to anyone and will not be for sale

White Bantam Cochin pair. Will be five months old at the swap, IF the rooster can manage to keep his head (I have not prepared well enough to accomodate the incessant crowing, but I'v been putting him in the basement every morning)!

A white Silkie chick. I'll get a pic of her: she was an impulse buy from scbirdfarm, I didn't know what I was going to do her then, and I still have no ideas!
