swap meet in SE Virginia April 12, 2008 - VA, NC folks nearby?

many of us go to Gilmanor, its a great swap!

Its a ways away for lots of folks who might come to Surry, also, we are making sure to pick a date that doesn't conflict with May 3

right now I am looking at April 12

update, I have almost firmed the location with a local auction company, he has plenty of room, facilities, and concessions.

April 12 in Sussex County VA near zip code 23890 if you want to map it.

I am finding out if testing on site will be performed, and what if any regulations there will be to bring birds across state lines.

I will be advertising this event with the VA poultry breeders association, and the NC poultry forum, BYC, and chickencrossing, and wherever else I can find!
