I also made a King Cake for Mardi Gras; it turned out fabulously even though I’ve never used yeast before!

I just finished making dinner. Cheesesteak sandwiches and rice with vegetables. I’ve also got a batch of cookie dough in the fridge, I’ll be baking those tomorrow.

Happy Valentine’s Day all

I made a sort of chocolate cream cheese frosting (it’s not as sweet as traditional cream cheese frosting) for some strawberries and raspberries. Quite happy with the results
