Wow - looks yumyum! Do you have any tricks/tips for keeping the bottoms of your cookies from over browning? I have tried using a ceramic baking sheet but mine always seem to get a bit over toasty regardless.Hope y’all are doing good! I’ve been working on holiday baking

Does your oven have two racks? I’ve found the bottom rack in mine will brown the bottoms way faster. You could try pulling the cookies out a bit early and letting them sit on top of the stove. The heat from the pan should finish cooking them all the way without over browning the bottoms. I use an aluminum cookie sheet with parchment paper, always bake them on the top rack, and pull them out 2-4 minutes earlyDo you have any tricks/tips for keeping the bottoms of your cookies from over browning?
