Sweating Eggs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very upset because I just put 24 eggs in the bator that have sat out for a day and were room temperature. Out of those 24, 3 eggs were sweating!!!!!!

I took them out and threw them away. Do you think the other eggs will hatch?????? PLEASE!!!! HELP!!!! I hope the other eggs are fine!!!!!

hmmm.....i have no idea why they would do that....except maybe ur humidity was very high?

What is your humidity? It should be around 50% for the first 18 days. Some people go with 55-60%.

Yes it is that humidity. 50%

I go with lower, more in the 30%-40% range

Are you sure they weren't leaking vs sweating? I have never had an egg sweat even at 75% humidity. Seems strange to me. I have had weeping eggs though, once right out of the shipping package.

I think you made the right decision to throw those three eggs away. A sweating egg is not a good thing.....perhaps those three might just ooze or pop. Your other eggs should be OK.
