Swedish Flower Hen chicks..follow the journey! (Photos)

Hello..

I hatched some SFH chicks last week and want to document their growth. We hatched 8 chicks from 12 eBay eggs, under 2 broody hens. One hen lets me get a lot closer to the chicks than the other and the plan is to bring the 8 together when the broody hens lose interest with them. All 8 chicks are different colours so I am very interested to see how they all turn out...

10 year old broody with 5 chicks..

These are the other three...with a very protective, first time mum.

4 weeks old now. They keep themselves to themselves and are not as friendly as the other 5 chicks with another hen.

All on there own now.. their mums are back laying with the main flock! 4 boys and 4 girls is what I think we have...

16 weeks old.. 4 hens and 4 boys for sure!
