Swedish Flower Hen Thread

How many is "some?" LOL... Not really sure I could part with most of my older birds.

That is hard to say! lol. I would like to get as many as possible simply because of how much this incubator cost me and that is brand new. "Some" would be as many as possible. I want to hear what everyone is willing to offer that way I know who to make the deal with. I hope you understand what I mean when I say I just do not want to get a couple after spending that much on the incubator?

I am open to all offers and ideas as well.

Also I am not just looking for older birds juveniles would be just as good. All I want after the trade is to have a good start of SFH for myself. Age is not an issue as long as it is not eggs.

Congrats to all parties!
Trooperman, you seem to be even more addicted than I am!

I also hope everyone in the path of the latest winter storm fares well, keeps power, and looses nothing!
I have to admit, I never did imagine having to shovel out my coops. But I will brag that these Swedish are handling it very well.

keep warm....or pull down your pants and slide on the ice!

I think you may be right! We got a good bit of snow. I cannot wait until it becomes Spring this winter stuff needs to go away. I am looking forward to my SFH experience I have a feeling it will be a good one. I wanted to thank each of you who have talked with me about them and made me realize these are the chickens I want to have for years to come.
