Gorgeous birds!
Quote: I REALLY need to get my NPIP done this fall so that maybe we can swap some eggs! Of course, that means I have to stop hatching eggs from other people and let all the new babies grow up. Oh well, I guess I can just keep the incubators full of eggs from my own birds for now!![]()
Very cute!Anyone feel like quessing the sex of some 4 week olds from some out of focus IPhone pics?
Mella -
Your black and snoleopard are roos and your mille fleur appears to be a pullet.![]()
(I may have to sneak up there some night and swipe your sno-boy! LOL!)
Leigh we may have to do like the TB stallions do now shuttling between the Northern and Southern Hemispheres for stud duty. 6 months in New York and 6 months in Virginia!!!
Please let the brown be a pullet, would love to have some fertile eggs!
I think you need to send me some of those all female eggs so I can get lots of girls to breed him to!LOL! Great idea! Oh - and you'll get about 1/4 - 1/2 snoleopards by crossing your sno-boy with your mille pullet. (And yes - I'm pretty sure she's a pullet!)
I think you need to send me some of those all female eggs so I can get lots of girls to breed him to!. Can you breed two snoleopards together, or are they too close to breed together? Sorry again for my ignorance. Of my mille is a pullet, how long can I keep the two roos with her until the fireworks begin, they all ready seem to do quite a bit of chest bumping, but it seems like just brother wrestling stuff. My goal is to get my second flock going for my enjoyment and eggs and was hoping to get a SFH roo to be the man of the second flock but of course having fallen head over heels, (as you said I would), I want more girls for him to cross with.![]()
Excited doesn't describe it!![]()
