Hi all! Have loved reading about this breed. I have a couple of Swedish Flower eggs in my incubator, set to hatch on April 28 and I'm trying to get as much info as I can on them before they hatch!

I have a mix of eggs in the incubator (Swedish Flower, Coronation Sussex, and Creme Legbar), and I'm hoping I'll be able to distinguish between the chicks!

We have had our Swedish Flower Hens for 2 years and they are wonderful. We would like to add 3 or 4 juveniles. Is there anyone in MA who has some for sale?

I am now a proud owner of some week and a half old sfh. Love all the different coloring. It will be very interesting to watch them grow.

many thanks. I weighed them, put zip ties with numbers so I can see how all progress. Have some Biel's that are 3 weeks ahead of this batch to compare to. Love all the different color combos of the SFH. They remind me of the color genetics of the Texas Longhorns. Usually a surprise for each calf. The SFH are the same way.

Arethese the ones with a lot of red/orange in them? If so, Where did you buy the hatching eggs?
