swedish vs muscovy

I have recently started raising blue Swedish ducks and was given a pair of female muscovy. Is there a difference in their meat? Will they crossbreed? I like the Swedish personality better but the muscovy have an excellent meat reputation.

They will crossbreed and make mule ducks.

Havent ever tried it, but if the mother is a muscovy most of the babies will look more like muscovys than if the mother is mallard derived then they will look more mallard derived ducks

so id imagine it depends on the duck

The mothers will be muscovy and the father a blue Swedish. I'm not sure if I want to keep the muscovy or just sell them and keep my Swedish.
