Sweedish ducks

I have 2 sweedish ducks.. About 11 weeks now? When do I start putting them on adult pellets? How do I tell them apart? Do I need to clip their wings so they don't fly? We have dogs that will kill them out of the pen and don't them flying out... I'm new to ducks, but they seem very happy and healthy, but I do have some questions and concerns.. Thanks!

We just got Swedish Black ducks a few days ago. They don't fly because their wings are already short. I'm not sure about the food part, because mine are about 7 weeks old now.
