Sweet Americana Rooster needs a home

I have a very sweet (surprise) rooster that I need to find a home for. My son handles him all the time and he is very friendly. We thought that he was a she, but he started crowing this week. We live very close to neighbors and are not allowed to have a rooster. I'm located in Temecula, Ca
