Step 1: Open can
Step 2: retrieve a spoon
Step 3: scoop up as much as the spoon will hold
Step 4: Get in your mouth before anyone sees what you are doing!

We made "mock angelfood cake" with it at girl scout camp. Take a loaf of italian bread, slice it into pieces. Dip both sides of a piece of bread into SCM and wrap it in foil. Then heat it in the campfire. Yum!!! I also ate it sometimes without heating it. SCM is SOOOO good. I think I have some in the cupboard.... I'm trying to resist the tempation of pulling it out now! Thanks! lol.

ok than, if you really want it! here it is:

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened Condensed milk
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1-1/2 pounds semisweet candy coating chopped OR milk chocolate (whatever you prefer)

1.) In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in Vanilla. Gradually add flour, alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts. Shape into 1-in. balls; place on waxed paper lined baking sheets put in freezer for about an hour or so or until good and firm.
2.) In a microwave-safe bowl, melt candy coating; Stir until smooth. Dip balls in coating, allowing excess to drip off; Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes. If desired, remelt remaining candy coating and drizzle over candies. ( I usually pick up some white chocolate and drizzle it over them for the *eye candy* effect lol) Store in refrigerator
Yield: About 5 dozen

there ya go! I made these for Christmas and they all disappeared within an hour or so.
*ETA* Dark chocolate is what I usually end up using instead of the candy coating, It's not a sugar overkill that way
These things are awesome but also a worse sugar high than a cadbury creme egg

I go thru SO MANY cans of that stuff at Christmas!
I make the EASEST (and creamiest) Microwave fudge (Chocolate and peanut Butter), And Jack Daniels/Captain Morgan Truffles!

Last time I had to hide the truffles-- my 1st batch disappeared during the night--and DH had a dark Chocolate ridge in his mustache!!!!
So needless to say-- the next batch got hid!
