Sweetest Breed

I’m making this new post so that people can come to it and post sweet breeds, and who knows, it might inspire other owners to get a new breed of chicken! But please do not post “No, that breed is not sweet” or something like that to someone else’s post. Thank you!

Here are breeds I think are nice: Speckled Sussex, Dominique, Blue Cochin, and Salmon Faverolles.

I’ll second you on Speckled Sussex.

Hatching some silkies now in hopes they are sweet! Also have a Bielefelder coming because of recommendations.

Why? It's worth knowing that people have had different experiences. Otherwise someone might get a breed that a single person said was sweet, and then end up with a breed that several other people would have claimed wasn't a good fit for some flocks
