Can I get any advice on what to do. She's a year old Lakenvelder, she had an injury about 8 months ago to her nostril that healed then got fowl pox but that also healed. This bump developed and in the last couple weeks has gotten a lot bigger. The vet wants over $600 to remove it.

That looks to be possibly MG or coryza, or a secondary infection from the pox (could be both.) Is there a bad odor from the ye or face? The pus needs to be drained, and I would also use an antibiotic orally and an eye ointment in the eye. You can use a warm wet compress on the eye, to soften the gunk in the eye to be able to open it. Once you have squeezed out as much solid pus as possible, flush the eye with saline or eye wash. Then apply Terramycin eye ointment, plain Neosporin, or other antibiotic drop to the eye 2-3 times a day.

Coryza smells bad, and sulfa antibiotics, such as SMZ-TMP or sulfadimethoxine are used to treat symptoms. If you are treating MG, then Tylosin or Tylan 50 are commonly used for treatment.

To remove pus, it may take more than one session to get it all. Get a helper to hold her wrapped in a towel like a burrito. Gently pressing on the lump to push the pus out of the eye socket is needed. Here is a good video that demonstates that:

Here is where to obtain sulfa antibiotics:
