Switch to laying pellets now, or wait a few more weeks?

Thanks for all the feedback on this commonly asked question. I decided to buy another bag of starter/grower. Primarily I think the extra protein will be good for my pullets. I had already started oyster shells on the side and had planned to continue that regardless of the feed fed. I'll switch laying pellets later.
