Switching doctors - what would you do?

I'd go with option 3 as well, whether it was an auto mechanic, plumber, or doctor. Who needs that crap.

Find a new doctor. Experience has shown me it is important and very comforting to know that you have a good doctor and one that you like and who likes you.
Makes paying those doctor bills much easier

Option 3. Try another, it can't be any worse. I had my family doctor refer me to another specialist because the first seemed to be in and out before I knew what was happening (and that was after waiting hours in the waiting room) The second was a dream. Even though the wait was as lengthy, he apolozied for the wait and made sure he answered all my questions before leaving. So you never know what can happen.

Thanks for your opinions y'all. I'm not scheduled to see her again until April, so I feel comfortable with waiting until my appointment with our family doctor this coming Thursday to ask him to refer me to another rheumatologist.
