Switching Food

When is the best time to switch over food? I have 6 week old Buff Orpingtons Also, any suggestions on brands?

What are you using now ? and what do you want to switch to?
Brand is a personal thing. Some peeps prefer one, and others prefer another.

If you’re using chick starter you can keep them on it for awhile still or you could switch to all flock or flock raiser. They are too young for layer. When switching I recommend mixing the old and new feed to allow them a slower change.
