Switching from chick grower to big chicken feed

We've had the chicks nearly seven weeks. The bag of chick grower says to feed until six weeks of age, so how do I start making the switch? All at once? 50/50 and increase to full chicken feed?

After 6 weeks you feed a starter/grower formula. Don't start feeding them laying formula until they start to lay eggs. Congratulations on your chicks!
