Switching incubators.

I have an automatic incubator with fan and auto turner (Janoel24)and another less sophisticated incubator (Covatutto16) I have a batch of eggs in my Janoel that are on day 18 of incubation which I already stopped turning, increased humidity and decreased the temperature.
Now I recieved a new batch of eggs which I want to start incubating so I was thinking of putting my first batch in the Covatutto for the last 4 days and start incubating my second batch in the Janoel. Is this fine or what should I do instead?

It should be fine. I have never used those incubators but I do move all my eggs to my hatching incubators prior to lockdown.
