switching to a new feed. questions on who can eat it

im switching to a non purina feed cause im buying into the conspiracy.

drag me.

it may be all gobble-de-goop but....why not support a smaller mill with higher quality food at a lower price from a local feed store.

chicks probably shouldn't eat it cause of the calcium but how's about the roosters?
 
Roosters should be fine. I may be wrong though. I'm beginning to wonder about Purina... egg production has been down for a while and a few days after switching to a local brand egg production is starting to get back into full swing 🤔

Layer is for birds that are laying because of high calcium not good long term for roosters or other birds not laying but some do. The feeding guide for that feed even states for layers laying.
