Excellent suggestion. Not laying will help her heal and not need to build shells.
Just continue the oyster shell on the side so she can choose to build her bones again.
Perhaps a place in the garage or if you have another secure outbuilding. I'd keep her in the dark till 11 AM or noon each day and then let her out with the flock.
