Swollen beaks looks like warts

So I moved a broodie hen and her chicks into a "nursery coop" they've been in there for about 1 week. It looks like they have warts on their faces and beaks. The chicks' beaks look swollen. I know these pics aren't the best but I'm hoping you guys could help me out. What is it and how do I treat?

You can see the inflamed pink line on the chick's beak near the nostril.

Thank you. That was a very informative article. I'm really bummed that this isn't curable and that the rest of my flock will most likely pick this up as well
I'm hoping to pick up the vaccine today to help the rest of my flock.
