swollen breats area

I have 2 meat chickens and one has a much larger chest but its mushy like it has fluids in it, I believe they are something Rock chickens and they are almost 4 weeks old. I bought them from TSC and like I said ones chest area is larger much larger than the others and so soft and mushy , but both have mushy feeling chest un like my Rhoad island reds who are 3x smaller and have a boney hard chest.
