Swollen cheek/throat

Hi everyone! I am in need of some help and advice about one of my chickens. This morning I let the girls out and feed them and I noticed one of her cheeks was swollen. She was acting completely normal and eating up a storm. Please look at the picture of what her cheek looks like. It’s about the size of a grape. I don’t know exactly what I should do to help her out. Please advise. Thank you!

I noticed the swelling this morning. It is squishy and a little warm to the touch. I’m worried about an infection or some type of bite.

Don't worry yet.
I do not think an infection would swell up over night like that.
She probably just got stung by something.

If she is out and about and eating...leave her be and see how it looks tomorrow.

Oh no I hope so. I’m starting to get concerned about my hen. I’m hoping when I go out in the morning the swelling will have gone down
