Swollen crop??

Is this swollen crop? It' feels like a big water balloon. Any suggestions for helping this little one?

Withhold food for at least 12 hours. If it gets smaller, then there is probably nothing to worry about.

Ok thanks! I was away for a little over a week and the teens were taking care of the chicks so I'm not sure how long it's been this way. I will separate this one for a little bit and observe.
