I recently got some Sebright bantams from an old woman who couldn't handle them any more. I don't know if being put into my flock made them sick but 3-4 of the new bantams have developed swollen, crusty eyes. It's only in one eye for each bird. They are not acting sick, droopy, though.
I called my feedstore. They said to use terramycin but they didn't have any. He did give me some stuff called VetRx. I used it for a week but it didn't seem to help. Looking at it it's basically natural plant oils.
What do you guys think?
