Swollen cut next to beak

Hello there my week old chick has a swollen spot next to her lip from a cut she got the cut from what I suspect was a hard peck or maybe ran into something, anyways I tried to put polysporin on it but it went on her beak -sigh- will put more on tomorrow if it gets worse, anyways do you guys know anything I can do? Thanks in advance

Can you post any pictures of her cut? Is there any sharp area on a waterer or feeder? Are they all the same age?

Oldest pullet 19 weeks pecked through the cage we hade separating them for introducing, now we double cadged it so their very safe

Sadly the swollen part is a lot huger now, will it just fall off on its own?
