Didn't ask until today since I don't know what to do. This happened 1 week ago where i woke up and one of my chicks eye was a giant swollen closed eye. It wont open and I don't try to force it open due to the size of the eye now that it's swollen. Any idea what to do since I don't know anymore

Pictures would be helpful. In general, if the eye is glued shut with gunk, then use some warm, wet compresses to soften it up so you can open the eye. Flush the eye out well with sterile saline or eye wash (veterycin makes one), remove any gunk or pus while flushing. Chicken pus is very firm, like a hard cheese almost, and if there is any in there it has to come out. Then you can apply terramycin eye ointment (most Tractor Supply stores carry it) or plain neosporin 2 or 3 times a day. It could be an injury or debris that got in the eye, or could be a sign of a respiratory infection.
Here is a video showing the removal of pus from a chickens eye:

couldnt get a good picture since she was standing in the back out of my reach

It does look to me that it has pus in it, so I would do as I posted in my previous post. Since the other eye looks good, hopefully it's from injury or debris and once cleaned out and treated it will recover.

the pus is so hard can't get ti out since it's hard cheese like you said. any ideas? is there any way to get the pus softer or something?
