The first three images are her tonight, the other three are previous pictures. I'm wondering if another hen could have pecked at her eye? It's been pretty cold here so everyone has been staying in(although they have access outside) for the past couple of days. I'm assuming out of boredom? Or I'm not really sure what else could be causing it. Let me know what you guys think and how to treat it

I have no idea - but a sterile saline wash - like contact lens uses use - to rinse it would be my first "home remedy". and probably isolation in case it is some darn thing that can spread. It almost looks like the chicken equivalent of "pink eye" where the conjuctive tissue is swollen.

It does look a bit swollen.
Do you notice any peck marks or small wound around the eye?
Any discharge from the eye, mucous from the nostrils or sneezing?
Is she eating/drinking o.k.?

A peck or scratch to the eye, dust, molds and respiratory illness are all common causes of eye swelling.
If she has not respiratory symptoms, then flush the eye with saline or sterile water and apply an ophthalmic ointment like Terramcyin or use something like Vetericyn eye gel.

Even if the cause is a respiratory disease, all the other chickens have already been exposed. I would not separate her out unless she becomes lethargic, is picked on or needs extra supportive care.

Seems to be eating and drinking fine, I did notice a few drops of blood in the coop the other day and a small scab on her comb that's why I'm wondering if she's getting picked on. My chickens have been sneezing off and on this season but no nasal discharge or any of that stuff. Today it isn't any better or any worse

Chickens can sneeze occasionally due to dry dust condition and feed, sometimes being "coop up" or not having enough ventilation in the winter can also contribute to once in a while sneezes.

Since she does not have any respiratory symptoms, I would just flush the eye with saline and apply something like Terramycin or Vetericyn eye gel to the eye. Hopefully she just got a scratch or peck to the eye and it will take a few days to heal. If she develops pus, the swelling increases or she becomes lethargic, then you will want to investigate further.
