Swollen Eye

I'm a new bird parent and my hens have a huge coop and eat all organic food. I just noticed one of the hens has a bubbly eye. After doing research it appears to be respiratory disease. I'm going to Tractor Supply tomorrow to get Tylan 50. Does anyone know if I should take her to the vet instead of trying to cure her myself? It looks like she has a severe case but I'm ignorant to all this new chicken health. Advice would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!

The only advice I would give is to ensure that if you do decide to consult a vet, ensure that they have experience in working with poultry.
