So I have a year old Barred Rock and yesterday I noticed that she had a swollen eye. About a month ago we had to get rid of a mean rooster that drew blood. He had attacked her on the same side of the swollen eye. I don’t think it is a post injury thing though. I had sprayed her with a poultry wound spray. I think she may have gotten stung by something and I’ve already separated her from the rest of the flock. I need help!

Can you flush out the eye with saline and look to see if there's pus or debris in it?

Have you added any new chickens in the last 30 days?
I don’t have saline but I have used a poultry wound cleaner. It looks like there is a small puncture wound a little lower than her eye. And we have not added any new chickens in the past 30 days.

I would get some Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment and apply it to the eye 2-3 times a day after cleaning off any crust or pus. Does she have any congestion, sneezing, or nasal drainage.

She does not have any of those symptoms. Any suggestions on how to get the puss out?

You canntry to express it by squeezing the puffy area or look inside to clean it out. Here is a graphic video in an advanced case of pus in an eye:
