Swollen eye??

My lovely 7 month old bluebell seems to have developed white marks on her lower eyelids and they seem very slightly swollen. She seems to otherwise be in good health. Is this something I should be worried about? I have attached a current and before image for comparison. Thank you in advance

Probably a minor eye infection. First flush with saline eye wash. Then treat with Neosporin twice a day. Flush the eye each day until it's cleared up.

Doesn’t look swollen to me..

I'm not 100% sure it is. Only comparing the two pictures did I think it looked puffy. There are definitely white patches on the lids though.
