A rooster with a swollen eye. It looks like if you were to have some allergy reaction to Something. Is there anything I can give him or do to maybe stopped the swelling?

Has he been fighting with another rooster? I would flush the eye with saline and apply either plain neosporin or Terramycin eye ointment twice a day.
I agree, it looks like he has a lot of scabs from fighting.
Does he have any Canker lesions inside the beak?

I'd treat the eyes as suggested for the other roosters you've had threads about.
Links below.

Roosters fight and can do a lot of damage to the head and eyes. Just getting kicked and pecked at on the face can introduce debris from the feet and cause minor injuries/cuts and/or lose an eye.

You may want to keep roosters separated out to their own pens with a few hens or even just their own space. Small dome pen can be made to keep roosters separated and safe from fighting.
In the past, I've had several roosters and it was necessary for them to have their own space away from each other.

Another option would be reducing the number of roosters you have, keeping the best ones that would meet your goals of production, keeping a line, etc. Rehome, sell or process extras. You may find this relieves some stress not only with you but within the flock(s) too.
