I dont show for fear of contracting/picking something up and bringing it to my flocks-( that and I have no time now). anyhoo-if you only have 2 infected somehow I would seperate them and treat them...Hoping someone else will chicme in and tell you something I haven't or lead you somewhere to read up. good luck~

thanks sonew,i trated the other 2 birds probably more then 6 months ago.the little silkie is the only one with an eye problem.im gonna bring her in and try to clean her up and put her under some heat.ill continue to flush her eye and use the terramycin, just in case and also give her the duramycin in her wter.hopefully that way i have covered everything..lol thanks again..

just wanted to add a little update.i brought casey, thats her name,in and trimmed her up a bit and gave her a nice warm bubble bath and blow dry.she even let me clean that dried stuff off her beak(shes such a sweet little girl) i noticed she does have cloudy liquid in that nostril on the swollen side,so im thinking probably resp. instead of something in her eye.ill keep her in an dose her with duramycin and see how she does.do you all think i should still put the terramycin in her eye or just use the duramycin?
