Swollen Eyelid

Hello everyone, I am worried as one of my hens has her top eyelid a bit swollen. What can this be and what can I do?

About a week ago. I also have two roosters, could it have been them? How many roosters should I have for 4 hens?

Could be.

How many roosters should I have for 4 hens?

One. Each rooster needs at least 4-6 hens each. With two roosters and four hens there may be overmating which can cause stress and picking.

Ohh makes sense, is there anything I should put on her eyelid to make it better or it just goes away with time?

A little hard to tell, but looking at your photo, it seems like she's had a cut or tear on the eyelid. Perhaps from another bird picking at her or she cut it on a staple or wire.

Rinse the eye with saline and put an ointment like Terramycin eye ointment IN the eye and on the eyelid to help it heal up.
