If you've been giving him vitamins daily in his water and they contain E, B1 and B2 then he may not improve with the extra vitamins.
But to answer your question, yes, you can give those directly or squeeze the vitamin E out and mix it will a little feed, same as the B-Complex it can be crushed and added to feed if you wish.
