Do you have table salt? That with water will make saline 2 tsp per quart, boil it and cool. Any drug store has ready to use saline and eye wash. The eucalyptus might be okay for sinus, but I probably wouldn’t use it in the eye.

The swelling is down and there is only some clear fluid in the eyes and scabs on the outside.
