Swollen face! What is this?????

I have about 7 chickens that have swollen face or should I say the area around the eye. They are swollen only on one side. What is this???? No other problems just the swollen face.

A lot of people seem to be having this problem lately it seems. Try terramycin ointment for it.

Eye worm? I had a chicken with a swollen eye so treated her for that with VetRx in the eye and inside the cleft at the top of her beak (inside her mouth). I think she had other problems too (namely bad mites), as she became increasingly lethargic and slept most of the time. We also dusted and wormed her and treated topically with Ivomec she is getting better now.
