One of my hens has had a swollen face on one side for 5 days. I separated her, started antibiotics (assuming a respiratory infection), but the swelling hasn’t improved. She has no other symptoms, is eating and drinking normally, and has good energy. None of the other chickens are affected. Coop has been cleaned thoroughly. Any idea what this could be?

It may be a sinus infection from mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) or coryza. The foamy eye is more aeen with MG. What antibiotic and what dosage are you giving her? Is she drinking water normally and eating? Is there any bad odor frommher face? Tylosin or Tiagard/Denagard can treat MG, while sulfadimethoxine, sulfa trimeth or bactrim works again pst coryza. There is probably pus inside the lumpy areas that needs to be expressed or pressed out. Here is some reading and videos of pus removal:
