Swollen feet?

My daughters favorite hen, Vanilla (8 month EE), has both feet swollen. She doesn't seem to limp much, but she's also not walking completely normal. All of our other chickens are fine. I can't see any cuts or anything. We free range our chickens (locked in coop out night with wood floor and pine shavings). Any ideas what this might be? Does it look like anything common or am I just paranoid?
