My modern game bantam hen - 2 yr old - has developed a swollen hock joint. Slightly pink and warm when compared to other side. She's acting normally, but hens also hide illness too well. Feathers, skin, eyes, etc. normal. I believe it's been growing over the past week. I dusted the bantams about 3 weeks ago and didn't notice it then.
Any ideas how to treat her?
Has anyone experienced something like this before?
Could it be an infection (like Bumblefoot)?
Is this what a slipped tendon looks like?
