Swollen Hot Feet- Purple Toenail and not using that foot....help....

Oh I'm so sorry that she is doing so badly. Have you figured out how her toe was infected? Do you think that she injured it? If the toe was removed by a vet, I wonder if that would stop the infection?

The other claws on that foot also look dark and the whole thing is darker than the other foot. I think there would be circulation blockage in the ankle or higher. I notice both feet are swollen. Bumblefoot does not always have the classic symptom of a scab in the heel. In some cases it becomes a staph infection within the leg bone and these cases can kill. If this is an advanced, worst case scenario of Bumblefoot, then antibiotics would be one of the few things you could do. Best wishes.
