Okay, he could be as old as almost 3 days, I had a long hatch that started Tuesday morning and ended this morning.
He can't move one of his legs and it's swollen (might not be very noticeable on camera, but it's about twice as big as normal and a tinge red). It can't bend at all and he can't curl his toes on that foot.
A vet is *not* an option here. He either is culled or helped enough to be comfortable and still live a regular chicken life if not completely healed.
Everyone was fine about 3 hours ago, went to check in on the newest ones in the group and I saw him sitting back on his butt. He tries to move, but obvious it's hard when he can't bend one leg at all.
He's a mosaic if that helps at all, and no, not positive he's a he.
