Swollen on 1 side of face x2 hens

What is wrong with my 2 hens?! They both have swelling on one side of their face. One more by her eye and one closer to break. One can't have had it more than a few days max, not sure about the other. What could cause this and how should I treat?? Thanks!

Yikes. Thanks. Anyone have a recommendation for what to treat with? My TSC doesn't seem to have what the above website suggested.

It's for cats. I would definitely call your vet and ask for a prescription. It could mean the world to them - but it looks contagious and taking one in to the vet may be really cost effective vs losing a flock.
