Swollen, red eye in a 3-week-old chick

Many respiratory diseases can show up in chicks that age if they have been exposed to a flock with MG or coryza. Infectious bronchitis causes sneezing, but normally not swollen eyes, unless complicated by MG, coryza, or E.coli. Coryza is said to cause a very bad odor. I've seen no more white goop since that day. One more chick has swollen eyes, but neither have any more discharge. I'm no longer sure it's respiratory!

And it has been confirmed, Mycoplasma gallisepticum AND Mycoplasma synoviae. Chicks with swollen eyes still show no other symptoms besides occasional sneezing. Vet says I can treat with antibiotics but if they haven't gotten worse yet, they may fight it off on their own.
