Hi,

I have a 4.5 month cream legbar rooster who seems to have lameness since young age. I have checked for bumble foot and leg mites. He sits still most of the day and when he walks he appears to be marching. Other than that he seems pretty healthy.

Any idea what I can do?

Could you please repost the photos? This time select the first one at the top that says "full size - all images". That way we can zoom in and see a closeup of his legs.
When I click on the image, it opens it to the actual size and you can zoom in. I can't imagine the browser would treat it differently just for me. Try clicking on the image and then zooming in.

As Wyorp Rock posted, that appears to possibly be osteopetrosis or marble leg disease. It is a type of lymphoid leukosis, a virus that chickens get that causes tumors and poor immunity. The osteopetrosis type is rare, so not a lot of current info about it. Signs are hard, enlarged legs, but normal sized feet.
