I noticed this on my hens feet today and I have a couple ideas of what it could be but want to verify what is going on with her feet?

It would be good to see a picture with the feet are soaked with no dirt of anything on the foot and toe pads. Also get a picture of the chick standing with both feet on the ground. What is the bedding in the coop and run? Is there much mud or wet conditions. Foot pad dermatitis is irritation from damp or soiled bedding, and it can cause bumblefoot infection.

I will try, they have dry sand bedding, however 2 nights ago my in laws closed the doors to early and left her outside I found her at 4 am when I heard raccoons after that I started noticing it, it was cold and damp that night she was left out.
