My husband is going, and I would except I have to work tomorrow, and I didnt know about it soon enough to request the day off. I saw some interesting things about this on the news today. 30% of democrats support the tea parties and many are even hosting tea parties. This is more bipartisan than the congress LOL. Second, the federal government released a statement that they would be watching and compiling lists of those in charge of tea parties.... hmmm... why would that be?

I've been there for years now, Gary. The concept which these parties represent, I mean.

Heck, I was very nearly drummed off the old BYC for it, long ago.

I reckon it's about time for people to get involoved in such things. I'm there, at least in spirit.

I've never understood tea parties.... You sit around, drink tea and hold your pinky up in a weird manner and try to keep everything spilled in the saucer....

I have a hard enough time walking, chewing gum, talking on a cell phone while texting someone else, scratching my nose and flipping the rude guy off all while kicking random animals that get in my path....

I just don't have to coordination for sipping tea, holding a saucer and holding my pinky up in a weird manner....

Sorry... I just HAD to do it....
