Thank you.. Still in "ROOKIE" status..
The coop is 4x6. The run is 4x5. The original idea was to extend the run under the coop but, wanted it out of my garage so more to come!

I agree with this. They look pretty squished and squished birds are stressed birds. Stressed birds peck each other and pecked birds may become injured birds...

Also, I may just be blind, but I’m not seeing food or water... is it inside the coop?

Getting them out of the garage is definitely an urgent thing, but you will want much more run for them. The usual recommendation is 10 square feet per bird, but the more the better.
